Chalk and Chuckles is able to ship outside India. However, the shipping charges for such orders are not available at the time of order placement. Customers placing orders for shipment outside India will be contacted by Chalk and Chuckles and informed of their shipping charges.
Many times these charges are quite high in relation to domestic shipping charges. Consumers can then decide at the time of contact if they would like Chalk and Chuckles to fill and ship the order. Chalk and Chuckles WILL NOT complete and ship an order outside India until the consumer responds that they are willing to accept the calculated shipping charges.
Additionally, Chalk and Chuckles will often connect customers with local Chalk and Chuckles retailers (if available) so that a customer can find the most cost-efficient way of obtaining a Chalk and Chuckles product. As expected, shipments outside India require extra processing and will take longer to both ship and be received.

In-stock items will be shipped via Standard FedEx and will generally ship within 1-2 business days of order placement. Orders shipped outside India will require special processing that may add several days to the expected shipping date.

Please note that orders generally take 2-3 business days to show in our tracking system. Just because your order cannot be tracked online does not mean it hasn’t shipped. You will usually receive your order within 3-5 working days.
Free Shipping. All orders above ₹1,000 are shipped free. A ₹100 fee is charged on orders below ₹1,000.
Shipping and handling charges for orders shipped outside India are calculated on an individual order details.
You can cancel an order you placed within 24 hours of placing the order.
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
We will be unable to cancel an order after it has been shipped.
Refunds will be initiated as soon as you have cancelled an order and it will be made in the same form as the way the payment was made. Refunds will usually take 10-15 days to be credited to your account.
It’s important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from Chalk and Chuckles.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send the product back to us.
If you received a defective Chalk and Chuckles product or with missing game parts, please call our customer care or email us at info@chalkandchuckles.com within 3 days of receiving your package and we will replace the damaged or missing parts.
